- "Explore Microsoft is a 12-week summer internship program specifically designed for college underclassmen (freshmen and sophomores) and offers a rotational experience that enables you to gain experience in our different software engineering roles. This program is designed to give you hands-on experience with various tool and programming languages in the field of software development, and encourage you to pursue degrees in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical disciplines. - Two Sigma (Freshman)
- "Join our exciting and challenging internship developed specifically for Freshman CS students. The freshman internship program lasts 10 weeks in the summer and takes place at our Houston, TX office. Contests/Competitions
- P&G CEO Challenge
- "The Global CEO Challenge is a series of case competitions, starting online and ending with a global competition in Panama City. Students from any school can participate and are invited to put together diverse teams of 3-4 in order to compete. They will first compete in a 75 minute online case study. The top 5 teams from the online competition in North America will then be flown to Cincinnati on March 22-23 for the regional finals where they will be given another case and asked to present their recommendations to a panel of P&G judges.
The winning team from each regional competition will travel to Panama for the global competition in May!" - Applications are due February 23rd 2018!

- "The Science, Mathematics and Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship for Service Program is an opportunity for students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines to receive a full scholarship and be gainfully employed upon degree completion with a Department of Defense facility. The Program will pay for all educational expenses for a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. degree, and then provide scholars unique opportunities to work as research scientists or engineers on cutting edge technology in world class Department of Defense facilities."

- Women Techmakers Scholars Program
- "Women Techmakers Scholars will each receive $10,000 USD (for students in the US) or $5,000 CAD (for students in Canada) for the 2018-2019 academic year. A group of female undergraduate and graduate students will be chosen from the applicant pool, and scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of each candidate's academic background and demonstrated leadership and impact on community. All scholarship recipients will be invited to attend the annual Google Scholars' Retreat in Mountain View, California in 2018 to connect with fellow scholars, network with Googlers and participate in a number of development workshops.Professional development and community outreach opportunities will continue to be offered after the retreat. As a Women Techmakers Scholar, you will join a global community of Scholars Program participants designed to provide a forum to share resources, support other women in tech and collaborate on projects to make continued impact."

- Generation Google Scholarship
- "The Generation Google Scholarship was established to help aspiring computer scientists excel in technology and become leaders in the field. Selected students will receive 10,000 USD (for those studying in the US) or 5,000 CAD (for those studying in Canada) for the 2018-2019 school year. As part of the scholarship, current high school seniors who are entering their first year of university in 2018-2019 will be required to attend Google’s Computer Science Summer Institute (CSSI) in the summer of 2018. Current undergraduate or graduate students will be invited to attend the Google Scholars’ Retreat in the summer of 2018."

- "As part of our commitment to military veterans, Google established the Google SVA Scholarship in partnership with Student Veterans of America.
